"Very accommodating staff (they smiled sweetly at our 1 year old screaming daughter and got the crib to our room with appropriate sheets and blanket for it), picturesque lobby, beautiful continental breakfast (flowers, silver, exquisite pastries and tiny glass jam jars on a pedestal), and free internet access in the lobby to check your e-mail. Pool was nippy. Impressive! I have stayed at some of the finest hotels and haven't got this excellent service from the staff."
